Andrew R. Flynn
An entrepreneur in the GovTech and FinTech spaces, Andrew has worked in the Public Finance industry for over 15 years. He has worked in the Financial Advisory, Corporate Trust and software solutions aspects of the industry and has held executive leadership and product management roles for various firms.
As a strong advocate for State & Local government, he passionately believes that governments and their citizens can be better served through more effective application of technology to the sector. In his free time, he serves on several local government boards and is an avid backpacker.
Andrew graduated from Kent State University with a B.A. in International Relations and History.
Tom has worked with public and not-for-profit organizations for 30 years. During most of that time he was charged with leading nationwide sales and marketing teams within the public and not-for-profit sectors for major financial institutions.
Among his many accomplishments, Tom oversaw relations with the Federal Government during the financial crisis of the mid-2000’s; providing the operating systems underlying the nation-wide financial stabilization program (“TARP” and “TALF”).
His undergraduate studies in economics were at John Carroll University and The Netherlands School of International Business (NOIB) and graduate studies at McGill University (Montreal).
Lisel brings insights from her 40 years of public finance experience to Aquorn, where she serves as general counsel and a member of our outreach team.
Having served on hundreds of municipal finance transactions as bond counsel or underwriter’s counsel, Lisel works with Aquorn to identify real-world applications that public agencies need and that governing board members will understand.
Lisel graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Philosophy and is a graduate of Stanford Law School. She is a member of the California State Bar and has been designated a “Super Lawyer” for the past several years.
Jonathan is Aquorn's CTO and proven technology leader, bringing 10 years of experience in engineering software systems and software research. His experience ranges from SDLC, project management, and analysis and tooling for malicious software.
He holds a Masters of Science in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska. He is a tinkerer and jack of many trades with 10 working years of experience on big data systems in the cyber security field.
Mark Campbell is the head of West Coast client engagement and Managing Director of Aquorn. As the former Executive Director of the California Debt & Investment Advisory Commission, he was responsible for state oversight of debt issuance by public agencies across California.
Mark is an industry-recognized thought leader and advocate for strong debt management and transparency initiatives for California public agencies and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and a frequent author in industry periodicals.
Daniel is the head of user experience at Aquorn where he is responsible for leading efforts to design and implement all user experience aspects of the 1812 platform.
As a self-proclaimed tinker-man, he has decades of experience in the world of computer software, user-centered design, animated feature film, graphics hardware, and information architecture / visualization. His talent for taking expertise from multiple fields and blending them into transformative solutions makes him a key player in the efforts of Aquorn.
Daniel studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto.
